工科研究生工程及科研能力的培养方法思考

摘要：工程类人才的科研能力与工程实践能力是国家工业发展的重要支撑，本文介绍了工科研究生培养在高校和工程制造企业发展的重要作用，然后总结了目前工科研究生培养过程中工程和科研能力方面特点与不足，同时分析了其存在的原因，最后对如何提升研究生工程科研能力的具体方法进行了较深入的分析和阐述。

Abstract:The abilities of graduate students in engineering and research play an important role in the develop-ment of the country's industrial development. This paper introduces the key effect of graduate education on the devel-opment of universities and manufacturing enterprises. Furthermore, the characteristics and shortcomings in present grad-uate education are analyzed and the reasons that make the gap between the graduates and companies' requirements are presented. At last, from the teachers' perspective, the specific methods of improving the graduate students' abilities in engineering and research are analyzed and elaborated.

引言

国与国之间的竞争实际上是人才之间的竞争，尤其是高素质人才的竞争。而研究生可以说是高素质人才中的高端人才，为了提升高校的发展和高校研究生的培养，国家制定了很多宏观的调控政策，并投入大量的资金。从211工程到985高校计划，从863计划到973计划，从长江学者到千人计划，还有国家科技进步奖，等一系列的政策刺激着国家科技水平的发展，也对高校发展和高素质研究人才的培养以及高校研究生教育起到了极大的促进作用。

近年来，随着中国经济的发展，以中国的航空航天、汽车、高铁和装备制造业等为代表的工业迅猛发展[1]，工业总产值节节攀升。因此对专业技术人才需求缺口巨大，虽然中国研究生人才培养只是进行了一定的扩招，但培养方法上仍然是粗放型、散养的培养方式，再加上高校培养体系以及教师水平、学生的素质和创新性等各方面的原因，导致中国高校研究生的培养质量和创新性上都无法满足目前的中国制造业的快速发展[2]。……
