老子哲学思想在高校学生管理中的运用

摘要：当前，诸多高校内部的学生管理工作模式和方法普遍都过于老化，取得的管理效果不但难以满足学生们综合发展的要求，且从诸多方面都限制了学生们个人能力的提高。为了进一步促进高校中学生管理工作水平的提高，需要通过融入传统老子哲学中的精髓部分，并结合多年的高校管理经验，深入探索老子哲学思想在高校管理中的运用，对提高当前高校学生管理水平有积极的借鉴意义。

Abstract:At present, the mode and method of student management work in many colleges and universities are outdated. The management effect is not only hard to meet the requirements of the comprehensive development of stu-dents, but also hinders students' personal development in many aspects. Combined with years of management experi-ences in colleges and universities, this paper proposes learning from the essence of the traditional philosophy of Laotzu, and explores the application of Lao-tzu philosophy in the management work, which provides reference for colleges and universities to improve the student management level.

随着社会教育的日益普及，无论是当前高校的招生数量，还是高校本身的数量、质量都在不断提升，其实这也在无形之中给目前高校的学生管理工作带来了诸多的困难和挑战。一般来说，高校的学生管理工作主要会涉及到学生的思想心理、学习生活、人际交往、就业等诸多方面。如果高校对学生管理的过程中，出现非常严格的管理制度和行政方法，就很有可能会造成高校学生自杀、校园暴力等诸多问题[1]。因此，改善旧有的高校管理制度刻不容缓，我们通过将传统的老子哲学思想的核心部分融入到高校的具体管理过程中，以此希望进一步提升高校学生管理的工作水平，从而促进学生的全面发展。
