西南边疆民族地区高校加强马克思主义意识形态教育的困境与对策
——以百色学院为例*

摘要：当前西南边疆民族地区高校加强马克思主义意识形态建设遭遇诸多挑战，诸如民族成分多样，信仰错综复杂、经济发展水平低，贫困人口多、外来思潮入侵，监管难度大等，作者围绕该问题，展开了初步探讨，并提出了一些合理性建议：一是大力加强意识形态安全监管；二是大力加强马克思主义宗教观、民族观教育；三是充分利用少数民族革命史开展马克思意识形态教育；四是加大对贫困学生的资助力度及大力宣传党的扶贫政策；五是整合优势资源构建特色网络宣传体系。

Abstract:At present，colleges in southwest frontier ethnic areas encounter lots of challenges in the construction of Marxist ideology education，like diverse ethnic composition，complicated beliefs，low level of economic development，large poverty population，the invision of outside ideological trends，the great difficulty of supervision，etc. The author developed a preliminary discussion around this problem and put forward some rational suggestions：firstly，we should vigorously strengthen the ideological safety supervision；secondly，the education of Marxist religious view and national concept should be emphasized；thirdly，we should make full use of the revolutionary history of the minority nationalities to carry out Marxist ideological education；fourthly，the subsidies to the poverty students should be increased and we should vigorously promote poverty reducing policies of the party；fifthly，we should integrate superior resources and construct a characteristic network publicity system.

当前加强马克思主义意识形态建设，构建主流意识形态话语权，是维护国家安全与稳定的重大战略性任务。高校是意识形态建设的主要阵地，西南边疆民族地区高校是意识形态建设的前沿阵地。百色学院位于我国西南边陲的重镇——百色市，与越南社会主义国家接壤，边境线长达360.5公里①，是西南边疆地区的典型代表。作者以百色学院为例，分析了西南边疆民族地区高校加强马克思主义意识形态教育中遭遇的主要困境及其原因，并提出了一些可行、可操作的对策。
