浅析新建应用型本科院校青年教师实践能力提升研究
——以浙江水利水电学院为例

摘要：新建应用型本科院校着力于培养符合地方发展战略需求的高素质应用型人才，青年教师又是应用型本科院校教学一线的中坚力量，因此，重视提升青年教师教学实践能力和工程实践能力，建立健全青年教师实践能力培养机制是加快构建现代高等教育体系和现代职业教育体系，实现应用型高校错位发展的必然之路。文章以浙江水利水电学院为例，简要探讨新建应用型本科院校提升青年教师实践能力的必要性，以及如何提升青年教师的实践能力。

Abstract:Newly-established applied universities focus on cultivating high-quality practical talents who conforms to strategic needs of regional development. And young teachers are the hard cores of teaching in applied universities. Therefore，it's an essential road to achieve the misplace development of applied universities and speed up the construction of modern higher education system and modern vocational education system by attaching importance to improving teaching practical ability and engineering practical ability of young teachers and establishing training mechanism of practical ability. Based on the case of Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power，the paper discusses briefly the necessity of improving practical ability of young teachers in newly-established applied universities and how to improve the practical ability of young teachers.

十八届五中全会通过的“十三五”规划指出，要优化学科专业布局和人才培养机制，鼓励具备条件的普通本科高校向应用型转变。李克强总理也提出要加快发展现代职业教育，同时引导一批普通本科高校向应用技术型转型。因此，2015年4月，浙江省教育厅、浙江省发展和改革委员会、浙江省财政厅联合发文《关于积极促进更多本科高校加强应用型建设的指导意见》。7月，浙江科技学院、浙江中医药大学、浙江水利水电学院等41所普通本科院校（含独立学院）经浙江省教育厅、浙江省发展和改革委员会、浙江省财政厅同意率先试水向应用技术型本科院校转型。……
