应用型人才培养定位下的大学英语翻译教学改革构想*

摘要：应用型人才培养理念注重应用性的教学内容和实践性的活动练习，让学生通过学习更好适应就业市场和工作岗位需要。应用型人才培养定位下，大学英语课程教学目标之一是培养出具备有本专业知识能翻译行业文献资料或应用文的应用型人才。但目前大学英语翻译教学模式单一，翻译教学内容侧重人文性而应用性不强等问题。文章基于应用型人才培养的理念，提出改进教学模式、创新教学手段、开设英语翻译选修课程、注重专门用途英语翻译，鼓励参加各类英语翻译竞赛、完善翻译教学评价方式等建议。

Abstract:Laying emphasis on application teaching content and practical activities，the cultivation of applied talents aims at qualifying students for job market and occupation. Serving the cultivation of applied talents，one of the college English teaching objectives is to enable students translating professional documents with their professional knowledge. But at present，college English translation teaching focus on humanistic contents rather than applied articles under the monotony of teaching style. Based on the method of applied talents，this paper puts forward some ideas such as improving teaching mode，innovating teaching methods，offering elective courses of translation，focusing on ESP translation，encouraging students to take part in all kinds of English translation contest and improving translation teaching assessment.

引言

在2014年教育部有关地方部分高校转向应用型办学发展的指导下，大学课程教学目标转向服务应用型人才培养的定位，与传统听说读写为主要目标相比，更侧重翻译能力的培养，以满足“学以致用”的要求。同时，随着对外联系的日益增多，经济发展需要更多科技、商贸、文化、旅游、管理等方面的英语应用型翻译人才。这就要求大学英语翻译教学要发挥市场的导向作用，以服务当地经济社会发展和就业市场需要为前提，以应用型人才培养为导向，正确定位翻译教学的目标，加大翻译教学的课时比例，调整课程体系与教学大纲，采取有效的教学策略，为适应经济社会发展需要，不断推进大学英语翻译人才培养模式的改革［1］，培养更多可胜任行业业务需要的实用型人才。……
