产学研合作教育与创新创业人才培养：以沃里克大学为例*

摘要：产学研合作教育促使学生将理论学习与工作实践结合起来，不仅有助于提升学生的实践应用能力，还能够激发学生的创新创业思维。本文总结了英国沃里克大学在产学研合作教育中的成功经验，结合我国产学研合作培养创新人才实践中的突出问题，从完善人才培养体系、满足地方产业发展需求、发挥政府主导作用、重视与中小企业合作、促进导师队伍建设等方面提出了促进创新创业人才培养的对策建议。

Abstract:Industry-university-research institute cooperative education can enable students to combine their theo-retical study with practical work, thus helping not only improve their practical application but also inspire their inno-vativeness and entrepreneurship. This paper summarizes the successful experience of the University of Warwick in such cooperative education and, in view of China's problems with cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents through Industry-university-research institute cooperation, makes measures and suggestions for better cultivation of in-novative and entrepreneurial talents by means of improving talent cultivation system, meeting local industrial develop-ment, exercising governmental leading function, strengthening cooperation with SMEs, promoting adviser team construc-tion, etc.

创新创业人才队伍建设是我国实施创新驱动发展战略的重要保障，如何培养创新创业人才不仅是政府和产业界关注的焦点，也是高等教育改革讨论的热点。在当前经济新形势下，我国积极推进“大众创业、万众创新”工作，各地高校正在探索符合时代需求的创新创业人才培养模式。英国高校在促进科技与产业融合的实践中发展出一种产学研合作教育模式，与传统的偏重理论教育的人才培养模式相比，这种模式将生产、教学和科研有机结合，充分发挥企业、高校和科研机构各方在人才培养中的特有优势，促使学生将理论学习与工作实践结合起来，不仅能够提升学生的实践应用能力，还能够激发学生的创新创业思维，因而被实践证明是培养创新创业人才的有效途径。……
