社区护理干预对老年高血压病的影响调查分析

目的探讨社区护理干预对老年高血压病患者的影响。方法纳入社区内老年高血压患者100例作为研究对象，分为观察组和对照组，观察组在运用高血压病常规治疗的基础上进行健康宣教、饮食指导、心理疏导等社区护理的干预措施，6个月的观察结束后对比两组患者对高血压病知识的认知率、服药依从性及血压控制率的差异。结果观察组与对照组患者对高血压病知识的认知率分别为82%和49%，服药依从性分别为92%和60%，血压的控制率分别为83%和57%，观察组均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对社区老年高血压病患者加以护理干预，能够增加患者对疾病的认知能力，增强患者的服药依从性，有利于控制血压，促进患者康复与预后。

［Abstract］Objective To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 100 cases of elderly hypertensive patients as the research object，as the observation group and the control group，observation group were given health education on hypertension disease with the conventional treatment based，diet instruction，psychological counseling，community nursing intervention measures，6 months of observation were compared between the two groups of patients of hypertension knowledge awareness rate，medication adherence and blood pressure control rate differences.Results The observation group and the control group patients of hypertension knowledge cognitive rates were 82% and 49%and drug compliance were 92%and 60%，blood pressure control rate was 83%and 57%，observation group were better than those of the control group，the difference has statistical significance（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention for elderly patients with hypertension in community can increase the cognitive ability of patients with disease，enhance the medication compliance of patients，it is beneficial to control blood pressure and promote the rehabilitation and prognosis of patients.

随着生活水平的提高以及人口老龄化的不断加剧，高血压病逐渐成为老年人中最常见的慢性病。由于高血压病得发病多由于老年人身体机能的衰退以及不良的饮食生活习惯所导致，然而目前老年患者对于高血压病的认知及服药的依从性仍处于较低水平，因此在基层社区进行相应的护理干预工作势在必行［1］。该研究纳入100例老年高血压病患者进行社区护理干预，现报道如下。
