优质护理服务模式在创伤骨科护理管理中的应用效果

目的探讨在创伤骨科对患者实施临床护理时使用优质护理服务模式的应用效果和安全性。方法将该院创伤骨科收治的200例患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组以及对照组，各100例。对照组患者通过常规方法进行护理管理，观察组患者在常规方法的基础上实施优质护理服务模式的护理，比较两组护理效果。结果两组患者均取得了一定效果，但观察组患者在关节活动度、疼痛缓解时间、住院时间、NRS疼痛评分、并发症发生情况以及患者满意程度方面均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在对创伤骨科患者实施临床护理管理时，通过优质护理服务模式能够起到非常好的效果，同时安全性也更高，有着非常高的临床应用价值。

［Abstract］Objective To study the application effect and safety of the excellent nursing service mode for patients in the department of traumatic orthopedics in clinical nursing.Methods 200 cases of patients admitted and treated in the department of traumatic orthopedics in our hospital were selected as the research objects，and randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each，the control group adopted the routine method for nursing management，the observation group adopted the excellent nursing service mode for nursing on the basis of the control group，and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Both groups obtained a certain effect，and the joint range of motion，pain relieving time，length of stay，NRS pain score，occurrence of complications and satisfactory degree of patients in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group and all differences had obvious statistical significance by comparison（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The excellent nursing service mode for patients in the department of traumatic orthopedics in clinical nursing management can obtain a very good effect and higher safety，which is of extremely high clinical application value.

创伤骨科和传统骨科有一定差异，创伤骨科中的患者症状严重并且病情变化较快，若没有对其实施及时有效的治疗，极有可能导致患者发生诸多的并发症，也会影响治疗效果。因此，在创伤骨科实际的治疗过程中，传统护理已经无法起到较好的效果，对患者实施更加有效的护理就显得极为重要［1］。在该研究中，分析了在创伤骨科中实施优质护理服务模式能够起到的护理效果，现报道如下。
