中医药治疗冠心病效果研究

查阅相关文献，对目前中医药冠心病症型及研究进展进行分析、总结、归纳。根据其发病机制从益气活血、温阳化痰、活血通络等方面研究中医药治疗冠心病进展，以期较为全面地了解治疗进展，为中医药治疗心血管疾病提供参考。该文得出中西医在治疗冠心病方面各有所长，结合中西医特点，较单纯中医或西医有明显优势，冠心病的治疗需要中西医结合并发挥中医中药优势。

［Abstract］The relevant literatures were consulted，and the traditional Chinese medicine coronary heart disease types and research progress at present were analyzed and summarized.The progress of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of coronary heart disease was researched from the aspects of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation，warming yang and resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction according to the pathogenesis in order to comprehensively know the treatment progress and provide reference for the traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of vascular diseases.This paper obtains both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treatment of coronary heart disease have its advantages，compared with the simple traditional Chinese medicine or simple western medicine，the traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine is obviously advantageous，and the treatment of coronary heart disease needs the traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine and to make the traditional Chinese medicine play advantage.

冠心病是指冠状动脉粥样硬化、血管腔阻塞所致的缺血缺氧性心脏疾病。随着社会发展、人口老龄化加剧，冠心病发病率逐步上升。中医药是我国医药之大成，在应对冠心病方面有独特疗效。中医学中并无冠心病之称，我们一般根据症状，将其归类于“胸痹”“厥心痛”“真心痛”范畴，临床以胸痛彻背、背痛彻心、唇甲青紫、出汗、肢冷、脉微等为主要表现。《内经》有言胸痹与血瘀、气虚气滞、痰饮、寒凝有关，中医治疗原则为活血、补气、化瘀、温阳。近年来中医药治疗冠心病的疗效也越来越得到患者的认可，现对中医药治疗冠心病概况报道如下。

1　病因病机研究

冠心病属中医“胸痹”、“厥心痛”、“真心痛”范畴，年老、饮食、情志失调、寒邪内侵、疲劳为易患因素。中医认为该证属本虚标实、虚实夹杂，实为寒凝、气滞、血瘀、痰阻；虚为心脾肝肾亏虚，心脉失养，两者相互交错致病。……
