护理信息化高效创新管理模式趋向和进展

目的：建立信息化高效创新管理模式。方法：组建院级、护理信息管理委员会；培养全面医疗信息专业人才；护理业务部门为信息化建设的主导，通过业务面流程与表单的设计，明确定义需求，通过项目书的形式提交委员会审议批准执行。建立完备的护理信息化项目设计、检查、申报、审议、执行、汇报、验收等标准化高效模式。结果：高效模式实施以来，提高了信息化建设的科学性，提升护理人员信息化项目的主导设计能力，大大加快了信息化项目的进展和落实，护理信息化建设有了质的飞跃。结论：建立信息化高效创新管理模式，促进医院信息建设，使医院管理现代化、专业化、标准化、信息化。该模式值得同行借鉴推广。

【Abstract】Objective:To establish an efficient and innovative nursing information management mode（NIMM）. Methods:Through organizing a hospital-level nursing information management committee， cultivating medical information professionals with comprehensive knowledge， assigning a nursing department as the leader in information system construction， clarifying user requirements by designing operational processes and forms，submitting project proposals to the committee for deliberation， approval and execution， and developing a standardized， comprehensive and efficient nursing information mode which includes proposal design， inspection， declaration， deliberation， execution， report， check and acceptance has been established. Results:The established NIMM has improved the scientific of nursing informatization， enhanced the capabilities of nurses regarding organizing nursing information projects， significantly accelerated the progress and implementation of informatization projects. The NIMM also improved the informatization of nursing management largely. Conclusion: The establishment of this NIMM has promoted the development of a hospital information system， and enabled the hospital management modernization， specialization， standardization and informatization.

医院成为社会民生领域的重要组成部分，医院管理者如何着手更合理、高效的管理方式来提高医院服务质量与水平，是各级医院管理人员关心的问题［1］。信息化系统是医院建设所公认的优选手段。在医院信息化建设中，护理管理作为医院管理的核心课题，其信息化建设越来越受到学界和管理者的重视，并取得较大成果。传统护理管理面临的问题和挑战，促使管理者采取相应的对策，而各种对策要执行得更科学高效，必须依赖通畅的信息传输和标准化的流程运转，提高工作成效，让管理者有更多精力去提升自身并带领团队创造更多价值［2-3］。……
