临床血脂生化检验应用分级检验方法的检验效果研究

【摘要】目的 探究分级检验方法应用在临床血脂生化检验中的价值。方法 选取血脂生化检验患者50例，采集患者的血液标本，分别采用分级检验法、拉网式检验法进行检验，分析2种检验方法检验结果的差异。结果 2种检验方法在载脂蛋白A、载脂蛋白B以及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇值等方面的检验结果差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 分级检验法应用价值较高，可提高血脂生化检验的准确率。

Objective To explore the clinical value of the classification methods used in blood lipid and biochemical test. Methods 50 cases of patients with blood lipid and biochemical test were selected，the patients' blood samples，grading test，trawl test were used respectively to test，analysis test method and test results of the difference between two groups. Results There were statistically significant differences about two testing methods in inspection results of apolipoprotein A and apolipoprotein B and low density lipoprotein cholesterol values （P ＜0.05）. Conclusion High value of application of Grading test can improve the accuracy of blood lipid and biochemical examination.

血脂为生命细胞物质代谢基础物质之一，其主要组成部分为胆固醇以及三酰甘油，其中三酰甘油主要在人体能量代谢中发挥作用，胆固醇则可在胆汁酸、细胞浆膜、类固醇激素的合成中起到参与的作用［1-2］。血脂水平可以对人体的健康情况进行反映，加强血脂生化检验的准确率有着积极的意义。传统检验血脂水平的主要方法之一为拉网式检验，此种检验方法的准确率较低，会对受检者疾病诊断造成影响。本文主要对分级检验法在血脂生化检验中的应用价值作分析，内容如下：

1　资料与方法

1.1基本资料

选取血脂生化检验患者50例，时间在2015年1～6月。血脂生化检验患者男女之比为31：19，年龄在24.5～77岁，平均年龄（54.20±15.23）岁。

这50例血脂生化检验患者均知情为本次研究对象，且均存在血脂水平异常的情况。

1.2方法

采集血脂生化检验患者的血液样本，将患者的血液样本分为2份，其中一份血液样本采用拉网式检验法进行血脂生化检验，另一份血液样本则采用分级检验法进行血脂生化检验。……
