临床护理路径对拟行睾丸下降固定术患者的应用效果观察

【摘要】目的 分析临床护理路径对拟行睾丸下降固定术患者的应用效果。方法 将时间段2015年1月～2015年12月我院住院部收治拟行睾丸下降固定术治疗的患者共计60例作为研究对象。分组方法为数字随机表法，对照组、观察组分别纳入患者30例。对照组患者实施常规护理干预，观察组患者实施临床护理路径干预。对比观察两组患者在并发症发生率以及护理满意率方面的差异。结果 观察组患者并发症总发生率为3.33%（1/30），与对照组6.67%（2/30）对比，差异不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05）。观察组患者对护理工作总满意率为96.67%（29/30），低于对照组76.67%（23/30），两组数据对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对拟行睾丸下降固定术的患者实施临床护理路径干预，各类并发症发生率低，同时提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical nursing pathway on the patients who underwent testicular descent fixation. Methods A total of 60 cases of patients admitted to our hospital during the period of January 2015～December 2015 in our hospital were treated with testicular descent fixation. The grouping method was the digital random table method，and the control group and the observation group were included in the 30 cases. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention，and the observation group were treated with clinical nursing pathway. The differences in incidence rate of complications and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 3.33% （1/30），and there was no significant difference between the control group and 6.67% （2/30），which was not statistically significant （P ＞ 0.05）. The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67% （29/30），significantly lower than the control group 76.67% （23/30），the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P ＜ 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of clinical nursing pathway intervention on the patients with testicular descent fixation，the incidence of various complications is low，while improving the satisfaction of patients to nursing work.

隐睾症是指在睾丸组织发育过程中无法按照正常情况自腰部腹膜后下降直至阴囊底部，中途在腹腔区域、腹股沟区域、或隐囊入口区域中体停滞的病症。隐睾症对患者生理、心理状态会产生严重创伤影响，严重时可能出现恶变，影响患者正常生育功能［1］。对于非手术治疗无效的隐睾症患者，应及时通过采取睾丸下降固定术治疗的方式将睾丸妥善固定于阴囊内。睾丸固定术后的疗效、预后水平与护理工作的开展有非常密切的关系［2-3］。为分析临床护理路径对拟行睾丸下降固定术患者的应用效果，本研究中将时间段2015年1月～2015年12月我院住院部收治拟行睾丸下降固定术治疗的患者共计60例作为研究对象。……
