眼轮匝肌皮瓣联合重睑术修复老年人上睑睑黄瘤的临床分析

【摘要】目的探讨眼轮匝肌皮瓣联合重睑术修复老年人上睑睑黄瘤的临床效果。方法以在我院行上睑睑黄瘤修复的20例老年患者为研究对象，所有患者均行眼轮匝皮瓣联合重睑术治疗，观察患者治疗效果。结果患者接受手术后均I期愈合，皮瓣色泽良好。对患者进行为期6个月的随访后，患者皮瓣未出现挛缩情况，所有均成活，患者眼睑形态较为自然，上睑内眦处未见成角畸形，术后无肿瘤复发患者。结论眼轮匝肌皮瓣联合重睑术修复老年人上睑睑黄瘤效果满意，可有效保持患者面部美观。

Objective To discuss the orbicularis oculi myocutaneous flap in combination with double eyelid surgery to repair the old upper eyelid eyelid yellow tumour clinical effect.Methods In our line of upper eyelid eyelid yellow tumour repair of 20 cases of elderly patients as the research object.All patients were performed the orbicularis oculi flap with double eyelid surgery therapy，the therapeutic effects were observed.Results Patients received surgery were stage I heal，flap of colour and uster is good.After a six-month follow-up on patients，patients with skin flap contracture did not happen，all are survival，patients with eyelid shape a more natural，upper eyelid inside canthus place not seen angulation deformities，postoperative patients with tumor recurrence.Conclusion The orbicularis oculi myocutaneous flap in combination with double eyelid surgery to repair the old upper eyelid eyelid yellow tumor of effect is remarkable，which can effectively keep patients with facial beauty.

上睑睑黄瘤是一种良性肿瘤，其主要由脂质代谢异常所导致，睑黄瘤常对称发生于患者两上睑内眦出，形状为椭圆、圆形和不规则形状，多发于老年人［1］。治疗睑黄瘤有多种治疗方法，对于较小的睑黄瘤可采用冰冻法和激光法治疗，睑黄瘤较大者则多采用手术治疗［2］。本次研究旨在探讨眼轮匝肌皮瓣联合重睑术修复老年人上睑睑黄瘤的临床效果，现报告如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取2014年1月～2015年1月在我院行上睑睑黄瘤修复的老年患者20例（34眼），患者中男7例，女13例，年龄56～74岁，平均年龄（65.3±3.6）岁。单眼发病者6例，双眼发病者14例。上睑睑黄瘤面积12 mm×15 mm～16 mm×22 mm，所有患者上睑睑黄瘤均位于睑内侧。

1.2方法

所有患者均接受眼轮匝肌皮瓣联合重睑术。对患者面部进行常规消毒铺巾，对患者行局部浸润麻醉。……
