糖尿病并发冠心病的社区护理干预分析

【摘要】目的分析糖尿病并冠心病的社区护理干预。方法回顾选取2015年3月～2016年3月于我院接受医治的112例糖尿病并冠心病患者临床资料，依据不同的护理措施，分设对照组（51例）与研究组（61例），对照组行常规基础护理，研究组于此基础上行社区护理干预，比对两组生活质量评分以及遵医依从性。结果研究组生存质量评分以及遵医依从性优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论糖尿病并冠心病患者行社区护理干预可提高其生活质量，并提高遵医依从性。

Objective To analyze the community nursing intervention of diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods The clinical data of 112 patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were reviewed retrospectively.According to different nursing measures，the patients were divided into the control group（51 cases）and study group（61 cases），control group received routine nursing，research group on the basis of line of community nursing intervention，the scores of quality of life and compliance of two groups were compared.Results The scores of quality of life and compliance of the study group were better than those of the control group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The community nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease，and improve the compliance of the medical compliance.

冠心病与糖尿病关系密切，而糖尿病是影响冠心病的危险性因素，糖尿病并冠心病者需接受个体化、连续性以及长期医疗救治，方可取得理想的医治效果［1］。目前多对糖尿病并冠心病患者施行社区护理干预，为明确社区护理干预的护理效果，本研究就我院收治的112例糖尿病并冠心病患者临床资料予以分析，现报道见下文。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

回顾选取2015年3月～2016年3月于我院接受医治的112例糖尿病并冠心病患者临床资料，依据不同的护理措施，分设对照组（51例）与研究组（61例），前者女25例，男26例，年龄61～74岁，平均（67.31±5.20）岁，病程6～12年，平均（10.31±1.89）年；后者女32例，男29例，年龄62～76岁，平均（68.23±5.12）岁，病程7～12年，平均（10.39±1.75）年。比对两组基线资料差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05），具可比性。

1.2方法

对照组行常规基础护理，包括入院介绍、用药指导、出院指导、常规随访以及血糖监测。研究组于此基础上行社区护理干预：（1）饮食与运动指导，制定每日需摄入的膳食总量，嘱咐患者避免食用高脂肪与高糖类食物，降低食用盐的摄入并戒酒戒烟，可食些豆制品、牛奶、蛋类以及鱼类优蛋白质食物，适量摄入燕麦、糙米类高纤食物。……
