乳腺癌护理过程中优质护理服务的作用

【摘要】目的 研究分析乳腺癌护理过程中优质护理服务的作用。方法 选取我院诊断收治的100例乳腺癌患者为研究对象，分别采用优质护理服务和常规护理服务。结果 研究组的SAS和SDS的评分强于对照组；研究组的生存质量评分优于对照组；研究组的并发症发病率小于对照组。结论 据数据结果显示，在乳腺癌护理过程中采用优质护理服务能够帮助患者恢复健康，缓解心理情绪，降低并发症的发病率。

Objective To study the effect of high quality nursing service in the nursing process of breast cancer. Methods 100 cases of breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the research object，and the quality of nursing service and routine nursing service were adopted. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were significantly better than that of the control group，the quality of life of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group，the incidence of complications was significantly less than that of the control group. Conclusion According to the data，the use of quality care in breast cancer care process can significantly help patients to restore health，ease the psychological mood，reduce the incidence of complications.

乳腺癌是常见的女性肿瘤疾病，是一种恶性肿瘤，严重威胁到了女性朋友的身心健康。乳腺癌的发病率在不断上升，而治疗手段也在不断提高。只要尽早治疗，乳腺癌不会危及生命［1-3］。本文对我院诊断收治的50例乳腺癌患者采用了优质护理服务，已经取得可观的效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 相关知识背景

女性乳腺是由皮肤、纤维组织、乳腺腺体和脂肪组成的。乳腺癌则是发生在乳腺腺上皮组织的恶性肿瘤。有99%的乳腺癌患者是女性，男性患者仅占1%。据权威数据资料显示，在0～24岁时，女性乳腺癌的发病率较低，25岁之后发病率逐渐上升，50 ～54岁时，是发病率的高峰期，55岁之后发病率会逐渐下降。目前，尚不清楚乳腺癌的发病原因，乳腺癌的家族史和乳腺腺体致密是造成乳腺癌的危险因素。乳腺癌早期一般没有症状和体征，乳腺癌的临床表现有乳腺肿块、乳头溢液、乳腺皮肤改变、乳头，乳晕异常、腋窝淋巴结肿。……
