摘 要：从我国木材资源短缺和绿色设计发展大趋势的背景出发，以实木家具为研究对象，分析实木家具进行减量化设计的四个方向。即:零部件尺寸的减量、结构的减量、材料的代替使用以及家具尺寸的优化设计。

Abstrraacctt::The article is based on the backgrounds of the shortage of wood resources in China and the development trends of the green design , with solid wood furniture as the research object, analyzed the reduction design of solid wood furniture in four directions, namely:reducing the size of components, simplifying the administrative structure, using the substituted material and the optimization design of furniture size.

实木家具作为市场上消费者最青睐的家具种类之一，其对木材的使用量在家具产业中占有重要比例。而在木材资源贫乏的今天，实木家具的发展遭遇了原材料的选择困境，加之现如今产品绿色设计理念的主导，对实木家具的设计思想不得不转为减量化。对实木家具的减量设计旨在缓解国内木材资源短缺的供需矛盾，同时降低实木家具生产制造企业的成本、减少实木家具对生态环境带来的污染，促进我国家具产业的可持续发展。

1 实木家具减量化设计的概念

减量化源于绿色设计“3R”原则中的“Reduce”，即为少量的意思，可以理解为物品总量的减少、面积的减少、数量的减少、体积的减少等；通过缩减量来实现生产、流通、消费及回收过程中的节能化[1]。……
