摘 要：为掌握不同住宅类型中的老年人对坐卧类家具功能的需求差异，对不同老年人进行坐卧类家具功能需求的调研与分析。首先，从住宅类型角度划分老年人群，设计老年人对坐卧类家具功能需求的预调研项目，实施预调研；其次，根据预调研结果进一步筛选并确立调研项目，对大量用户进行调研。最后，根据对调研结果的统计分析，将14类老年人定为主要研究对象，分析他们对调研功能项目的需求权重，制定家具功能和品种的需求等级表，为老年人坐卧类家具配置提供指导。

Abstrraacctt::In older to grasp demand differences about the Furniture with sitting and lying style for the elderly ,do research and analysis of functional requirements about the Furniture with sitting and lying style for the elderly.First of all, from the point of residential type divided the elderly population, design preliminary research projects that functional requirements about the Furniture with sitting and lying style for the elderly and Implementation of preliminary research ;Secondly, according to the results of preliminary research screening further and establishing research projects, to do research on a large number of users.Finally, according to the result of the statistical analysis of the research,put the 14 class of the elderly as the main research object.Analysis their demand for the weight of the project research function ,making demand level form about furniture function and variety .To provide guidance to the Furniture with sitting and lying style of the elderly confi guration .

1 前言

由于不同住宅类型的生活方式和居住模式不同，老年人对家具功能的需求有很大差异。另外，生活在同样住宅类型的老人由于不同自理能力和疾病种类对家具的需求也不同。所以，在进行家具设计时有必要将住宅类型作为主要划分条件，结合自理能力和疾病种类来研究老年人对家具的特定需求，为之提供科学合理的家具设计和选择。

已有的老年家具需求研究主要分三类，一类以研究老年人对家具的共性需求为主，如Mi Seon Jang等人主要研究了老年建筑中家具通用化设计的需求与原则[1]；……
