摘 要： 构建良好的实验教学环境是全方位培养人才的实验教学模式的重要环节。以校级综合型基础实验教学中心建设为例，对优化资源配置、完善管理制度、改革实验教学体系、建设师资队伍等方面进行了探讨。该实验教学中心将大学生实验技能和创新精神培养放在首位，优良的软硬件条件，有利于扩大学生视野、提高实验教学质量，为进一步提升学校综合实力、扩大招生规模、改善办学条件提供了保障。

Exploration and practice the construction of university comprehensive

fundamental experiment teaching center

Abstract： To construct a good experiment teaching environment is an important part of the experiment teaching model for training the full range of talents. Taking the construction of a university-wide comprehensive experiment teaching center as an example， to optimize the allocation of resources， improve the management system， the reform of experimental teaching system and the building of the contingent of teachers are discussed in this paper. The experiment teaching center puts the cultivation of students' experiment skills and innovative spirit in the first place； the excellent software and hardware conditions are conducive to expand the horizons of students， improve the quality of experiment teaching， and to provide a guarantee for further enhancing the comprehensive strength of the school， expanding enrollment scale and improving the conditions for running schools.

0 引言

高等学校实验教学是高等教育的重要内容，是培养锻炼大学生的实践动手能力、研究探索能力和创新能力的基本途径[1]。我校在探索实验教学改革过程中，按照大学科、大平台、“建设-管理-教学”一体化的发展思路，提出了建设校级综合型基础实验教学基地（以下简称“实验中心”），并在优化实验教学支撑条件、设置实验课程体系、发挥实验室资源综合效益等方面进行了有益的实践和探索。

1 优化的资源配置，提高实验教学管理投资效益

传统实验教学单位规模小、相对独立、协作性差、仪器设备分散、实验物资重复购置、房屋资源利用率低，不利于实验教学、科学研究、设备管理等工作的开展。

本着有利于学科发展、资源利用和投资最优的原则，我校于将涵盖普通物理、电工电子和基础化学三大学科的实验室，重组整合成为校级基础实验教学中心，实行统一管理、统一教学安排、集中投入建设。……
