导气针法结合弩法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究*

摘 要目的：观察导气针法结合弩法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：收集腰椎间盘突出症患者120例，60例采用导气针法结合弩法治疗，60例采用普通电针法治疗，观察两组临床疗效并进行比较。结果：弩法组总有效率为85.0%，电针组为83.3%，组间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），但弩法组患者的各项具体症状和体征改善明显优于电针组（P<0.01）。结论：导气针法结合弩法治疗腰盘突出症的效果优于普通电针法，值得推广。

Clinical study of Qi-guiding acupuncture combined with Nu-method in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

ABSTRACTObjective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Qi-guiding acupuncture combined with Nu-method in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods: One hundred and twenty cases with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were collected and 60 cases were treated with Qi-guiding acupuncture combined with Nu-method and another 60 ones with the general electro acupuncture. The clinical efficacy in the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The total efficacy rate was 85% in the group of Qi-guiding acupuncture combined with Nu-method and 83.3% in the group of the electro acupuncture and the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05). But the specific symptoms and signs in the group of Qi-guiding acupuncture combined with Nu-method were improved significantly better than those in the electro acupuncture group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The efficacy of Qi-guiding acupuncture combined with Nu-method in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is better than that in the electro acupuncture method and is worthy of promotion.

腰椎间盘突出症是临床常见的慢性劳损性疾病，好发于青壮年，其突出部位多发生于L4~L5和L5~S1椎间盘[1]，严重影响患者的日常生活和工作。导气针法结合弩法是陆氏针灸在临床上应用最广泛的治疗方法。本文总结用此法治疗腰椎间盘突出症取得的良好疗效。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择上海市第六人民医院及其东院门诊腰椎间盘突出症患者120例，均符合腰椎间盘突出症诊断，并经X线、CT或MRI确诊。纳入标准：①符合《中医病证诊断疗效标准》[2]；②年龄18～65岁，性别不限；③能积极配合进行中医传统保守治疗者。排除标准：①合并心、脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统严重疾患者，中度以上骨质疏松症，腹主动脉硬化及精神病患者；②患有脊柱肿瘤、结核、脊柱强直，CT显示脱出之髓核已游
