我院245例药品不良反应报告分析

摘要：目的了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及一般规律。方法对我院2013～2014年临床各科室收集上报至全国药品不良反应监测网络的245例ADR报告，采用Excel表格进行统计、分析。结果在我院上报的ADR中，女性发生率(51.84%)高于男性(48.16%)；抗感染药引发的ADR例数最多，有115例，占46.94%；注射剂及静脉滴注给药途径最易引发ADR， 各占65.30%、68.98%；ADR累及器官或系统以皮肤及其附件损害最为常见，有104例(占42.45%)。严重的ADR有26例(占10.61%)。所有ADR均治愈和转归。结论临床应加强ADR监测工作，尤其应把握抗感染药的使用指征，重点关注老年人等特殊人群以及注射剂、静脉用药等，减少ADR的发生。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo probe the characteristics and general pattern of ADR cases in our hospital.MethodsA total of 245 ADR cases which were collected from our hospital from 2013 to 2014 had been reported to National Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Network.Those cases were analyzed statistically.ResultsIn total 245 cases, 51.84% were female which was higher than male (48.16%);115 cases were induced by antibiotics, accounting for46.94%.Most of ADR cases were induced by injection and intravenous administration, accounting for 65.30% and 68.98%.Lesions of skin and its appendants were most common clinical manifestations of ADR, accounting for 42.45% (104 cases).There were severe ADR of 26 cases (10.61%).All of ADR cases were cured or improved.ConlusionGreat importance should be attached to ADR monitoring in the clinic, especially application indication of antibiotics, focus on the old people and other special populations, and injection, intravenous drug,etc,in order to reduce the incidence of ADR.

药品不良反应(ADR)是指合格药品在正常用法用量下出现的与用药目的无关的或意外的有害反应。随着人们对健康和生活质量的日益关注，ADR已越来越引起全社会的重视[1,2]。2013~2014年我院共计上报国家药品不良反应中心245例报告，现对其进行统计分析，将结果反馈于临床，提高临床治疗质量，防止药源性疾病发生，减少医患纠纷，为我院提高合理用药水平提供参考信息。
