簇花清风藤脂溶性成分的GC-MS分析

摘要：目的分析簇花清风藤的脂溶性化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱层析法提取分离簇花清风藤石油醚部位的脂溶性成分，并对该脂溶性成分进行甲酯化处理，采用气相色谱-质谱方法分析其化学成分。结果样品1共鉴定出39个化学成分，主要成分为：(Z)-9-十八烷烯酸(13.15%)、10,12-十八碳二烯酸(6.74%)、棕榈酸(3.94%)、硬脂酸(3.04%)、 (Z)-13-二十二碳烯酸(2.76%)、十氢化-8α-乙基-1,1,4α,6-四甲基萘(2.43%)等。样品2共鉴定出10个化学成分，主要成分为：十四酸(4.63%)、15-甲基十六烷酸(4.55%)、14-甲基十五烷酸(4.33%)、 叶绿醇(3.09%)等。结论研究结果可为进一步确定簇花清风藤的化学成分和研究利用提供了一定的参考。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the liposoluble components from the Sabia fasciculata Lecomete ex L.Chen.MethodsLiposoluble components were extracted from Sabia fasciculata Lecomete ex L.Chen by silica gel column chromatography.The relative contents were determined by GC-MS with area normalization method.Results39 componts were separated from sample 1.The main ingredients were (Z)-9-octadecenoic acid(13.15%);10-trans,12-cis-octadecadienoic acid(6.74%);Hexadecanoic acid(3.94%);Stearic acid(3.04%);(Z)-13-docosenoic acid(2.76%);Decahydro-8α-ethyl-1,1,4α,6-tetramethylnaphthalene(2.43%) in the sample 1.10 components were separated from sample 2, the main ingredients were myristic acid(4.63%);15-methyl-hexadecanoic acid(4.55%);14-methyl-pentadecanoic acid(4.33%);Phytol(3.09%).ConclusionThe results provided supplements and references for the further utilization and study of the plant of Sabia fasciculata Lecomete ex L.Chen.

簇花清风藤(SabiafasciculataLecomte ex L.Chen)为清风藤科(Sabiaceae)清风藤属(Sabia)植物，主产于广西、广东北部、云南东南部、福建南部，生于海拔600～1 000 m的山上。该植物性温，味甘、微涩，有祛风湿、散瘀消肿的功效。主要用于治疗风湿骨痛、跌打损伤、甲状腺肿、肾炎水肿等症状[1]。

关于簇花清风藤的药理作用及其化学成分研究文献不多[2～4]。……
