军事热带医学专业课程设置需求调查

[摘要]运用自制的临床医学(热带医学专业方向)课程设置需求量表，在部队卫勤领导、部队军医、军医大学热带医学与公共卫生学系教师中进行调查。结果表明，野战外科学、野战内科学、热带传染病学、热带军队流行病学等课程，以及突出实践能力培养的课程受到调查对象的重视，提示在热带医学专业方向培养过程中，课程体系设置要突出专业特点，要突出实用性，教学过程中要注重培养学生的实践能力。

Demands Investigation of Curriculum of Military Tropical Medicine

Abstract[]Faculties from the department of tropical medicine and public health in a military medical university, military physicians and leaders from military medical administration department were surveyed with a self-made questionnaire to get their perspective of curricula of tropical medicine. The results demonstrated that military surgery, military internal medicine, tropical infectious and tropical military epidemiology, as well as the courses emphasizing practical ability training got more attention. The investigation suggested that the professional features and practicability should be highlighted in curriculum, and practical ability training should be put on important place during teaching.

热带医学经过多年的发展，已经形成由基础医学、临床医学、预防医学相结合，研究、治疗和预防热带病及控制和消灭这些疾病的科学。本校热卫系主要承担热带医学与公共卫生学专业的高层次人才培养、高水平科学研究，以及为部队和地方提供高质量技术服务和派出式应急保障。所以，培养适应部队需求的热带医学专业本科生、建立科学合理的课程体系，值得深入研究。

以我国热带医学专业为基础，结合南方医科大学公共卫生与热带医学学院的培养方案和课程设置，参考欧美一些国家的课程体系，制订出热带医学……
