贞芪扶正颗粒对食管癌化疗患者生存质量及免疫功能的影响

摘要：目的探讨贞芪扶正颗粒对食管癌化疗患者免疫功能及生存质量的影响。方法选取2012年1月—2014年1月间于我院行顺铂(DDP)联合酒石酸(NVB)方案化疗的食管癌患者60例，随机分治疗组与对照组，各30例，治疗组患者在化疗过程中加用贞芪扶正颗粒口服治疗，对照组仅行常规化疗，对比2组患者治疗前后T 细胞亚群、体质量及Karnofsky功能状态评分(KPS)变化，并对比2组患者毒副反应发生率。结果2组治疗前T细胞亚群各项指标比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)，治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+水平较治疗前显著升高，CD4+/CD8+比值较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05)；治疗组治疗后T细胞亚群各项指标改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗组治疗后KPS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者化疗毒副反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论贞芪扶正颗粒可有效降低食管癌化疗期间毒副反应，显著提高食管癌化疗患者免疫功能，提高生存质量。

Zhenqi fuzheng granules on influence of life quality and immune function

in patients with esophageal cancer chemotherapy

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Zhenqi fuzheng granules on the immune function and living quality in esophageal cancer patients after chemotherapy.MethodsA total of 60 esophageal cancer patients who were admitted in our hospital from January,2012 to January,2014 for DDP and NVB chemotherapy were included in the study and randomized into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.Zhenqi fuzheng granules were added to the patients in the treatment group,while the patients in the control group were only performed with routine chemotherapy.The changes of T cell subsets,body weight,and KPS,and the occurrence rate of toxic and side effect before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.ResultsThe comparison of all various indicators of T cell subsets before treatment between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).CD3+,CD4+,and CD8+ levels after treatment were significantly increased when compared with before treatment,while CD4+/CD8+ was significantly reduced when compared with before treatment (P<0.05).The improvement of all various indicators of T cell subsets after treatment group in the study was significantly superior to that in the control group (P<0.05).KPS score after treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The occurrence rate of toxic and side effect in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionZhenqi fuzheng granules can significantly enhance the esophageal cancer patients’ immune function,improve the survival quality.

食管癌是临床常见的恶性肿瘤，40岁以上男性人群高发，发病早期多无明显症状，一般表现为反复性进食梗噎感，如进展至中晚期时患者吞咽功能严重受损，加之疾病影响，患者可发生严重营养不良，甚至死亡[1-3]。有研究[4]表明,手术治疗或无法手术治疗的食管癌患者放疗的5年生存率仅为10%～18%，单纯化疗疗效欠佳,且在化疗过程毒副反应严重，使患者无法耐受而中断治疗。因此，如何减轻放、化疗毒副反应，提高患者免疫功能及生存质量，对食管癌患者治疗及预后意义重大。笔者……
