金匮肾气汤联合冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘缓解期

摘要：目的探讨金匮肾气汤结合冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘缓解期的临床疗效及安全性。方法100例哮喘缓解期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用金匮肾气汤结合冬病夏治穴位贴敷方法，对照组采用常规西药治疗方案。给药60 d后，评价2组患者治疗前后哮喘测试量表ACT评分以及治疗前后肺功能的变化。结果治疗后2组的ACT评分及肺功能FEV1、FVC改善有统计学意义，治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),2组均未见明显不良反应。结论金匮肾气汤结合冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘缓解期能疏通经络，促进血液循环，祛邪肃肺，化痰平喘。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect and safety of Jingui Shenqi Decoction combined with acupoint application (treating winter disease in summer) on the treatment of remission stage of bronchial asthma.Methods100 patients with asthma in remission stage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Jingui Shenqi Decoction combined with acupoint application method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment.The asthma test scale,ACT score and pulmonary function of the two groups before and after treatment were assessed 60 days after administration.ResultsACT score,pulmonary function FEV1,FVC improvement of the two groups after treatment had statistical significance.The treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions in the two groups.ConclusionJingui Shenqi Decoction combined with acupoint application for remission stage of bronchial asthma can dredge the channels,promote blood circulation,eliminate pathogen and sufei and resolve sputum to relieve asthma.

支气管哮喘(以下简称“哮喘”)是一种以气道高反应性和可逆性气道阻塞为特征，由多种炎性细胞、炎性介质及分泌的细胞因子参与的气道慢性炎症性疾病。笔者于2013年7月—2014年7月期间运用金匮肾气汤结合冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘缓解期患者50例，取得较好的临床疗效。现将结果报告如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料100例支气管哮喘缓解期患者均来自本院全科门诊,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组男27例，女23例，平均年龄(41.24±10.23)岁，病程2～19年；对照组男26例，女24例，平均年龄(42.04±9.23)岁，病程3～18年。……
