摘 要：《小学语文课程标准》在第二部分指出一二年级的写话目标是：“对写话有兴趣，写自己想说的话，写想象中的事物，写出对周围事物的认识和感想；在写话中乐于运用阅读和生活中学到的词语；根据表达需要，学习使用逗号、句号、问号、感叹号。”看图写话是低年级学生进行写话训练的重要途径，这种训练对于降低起步作文的难度，引导学生放胆表达，培养学生的写作兴趣具有极为重要的意义。本文在对小学二年级写话能力现状调查的基础上，从教师和学生两方面分析写话中存在问题的原因，提出激发兴趣，观察有序，加强阅读，启发想象，评价激励的策略，从而培养低年级小学生的写话能力。

Abstract：《Primary School Language Curriculum Standards》in the second part pointed of one or two grade writing goal is： “Enable the interest in writing， help them write about their own mind， help them write imaginary things， help them write their own understanding of things and feelings around； Enable them to be willing to use the words they have learned or something about their life； According to the need of expression， learning to use a comma， full stop， question mark， exclamation mark. ” Look the pictures and write words are important ways to lower grade students for writing training， such training to reduce the initial composition of difficulty， guide students to boldly express， raise students writing interest has extremely important meaning. Based on the second grade primary school writing ability present situation investigation， the problem in writing from the aspect of teacher and student， put forward to stimulate interest， observe the order， strengthen reading， inspire imagination， strategy evaluation and incentive， so as to cultivate writing ability of lower grade pupils.”

写话主要指针对6～8岁儿童所进行的口头语言与书面语言训练，主要由听、说、读、写四方面内容共同组成，目的在于促使小学低年级学生的口头表达能力与书面表达能力得到提高。也就是在教师有效的指导方式下，学生通过“说”来表达自己的思想、理解，并在此基础上把表达的内容用文字记录下来。 低年级写话就是让学生能自主地说话、写话，说出、写出真实的文章，文章有所创新。写话是学生由口头语言向书面语言转化的过程，也是学生后续作文的基础性活动。

《语文课程标准》（1～2年级）阶段目标也明确指出：低中年级从写话、习作入手，是为了降低起始阶段的难度，重在培养学生的写作兴趣和自信心，提出低年级学生应该培养他们对“写话产生兴趣”，要让他们学会“写自己想说的话”。……
