基于文献探讨中医药治疗心脏X综合征的用药规律

摘要：目的基于文献探讨中医药治疗心脏X综合征的用药规律。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)以获得中医药治疗心脏X综合征的相关文献，进行分类统计，依中药不同剂型及使用频度分类排序。结果单味中药使用频度较高的依次为川芎、丹参、当归、红花、枳壳、柴胡、瓜蒌、桃仁、赤芍、茯苓、甘草、黄芪、三七、党参等；常用中药方剂包括桃红四物汤、血府逐瘀汤、桂枝加桂汤等；口服中成药以通心络胶囊最为常用；中药静脉制剂包括丹红注射液、葛根素注射液等。结论中医药治疗心脏X综合征用药多从活血、行气入手，临床辨证可选择活血通络、行气化痰及补气等治法。

Exploring the Regular Pattern of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Cardiac Syndrome X by Information Retrieval

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the regular pattern of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the treatment of cardiac syndrome X(CSX) by information retrieval.MethodsLiteratures in Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI)，to get the ones correlated with the treatment of TCM to CSX，and sort them in preparation formulation of TCM and utility frequency.ResultsHigh-frequency single herbs were Chuanxiong，Danshen，Danggui，Honghua，Zhike，Chaihu，Gualou，Taoren，Fuling，Gancao，Sanqi，ect.Taohong Siwu decoction，Xuefu Zhuyu decoction，and Guizhi Jiagui decoction were reported frequently as decoction.Tongxinluo capsule was mostly used as Chinese patent drugs.The common intravenous therapeutic means were Danhong injection and Puerarin injection.ConclusionTreatment of CSX with TCM com basically by promoting blood and regulating qi.Combined with clinical syndrome differentiation，we can choose different treatments such as promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction in channels，activating qi and eliminating phlegm，tonifying qi.

心脏X综合征(CSX)又称为微血管型心绞痛[1]，是指具有典型心绞痛症状，心电图和(或)运动平板试验阳性，冠状动脉造影正常，同时排除冠脉痉挛的一类临床综合征，该病一般不会有心血管死亡危险，但会因反复的胸痛和再入院，严重影响患者生活质量，造成医疗资源浪费[2]。心脏X综合征的现代发病机制尚不明确，当前西医治疗主要是缓解疼痛和症状，往往不能更好地改善患者生活质量及伴随症状。中医学从整体观念出发认识心脏X综合征的发病机制，采用中药治疗取得了较好的临床效果[3]。……
