基于微信公众平台的高校图书馆书目推荐研究

摘要：对高校图书馆开展基于微信公众平台的书目推荐服务进行调查分析，结果显示书目推送中存在基本信息不完整、推广内容和形式略显单一、推送书目信息的点击率低和书目信息发布缺少规律性等问题。文章从提高图书馆微信公众号的影响力和选择切实可行的书目推荐方法等方面提出对策，期以完善高校图书馆基于微信平台的书目推荐服务。

On the bibliographic recommendation service based on the public platform of wechat in university libraries

Abstract：Through the survey and analysis of the bibliographic recommendation service based on the public platform of wechat in university libraries, it is found that there are existing problems in such a service, such as: incompletion in information contents, simplicity in service modes, small number of clicks, lack of law in information issuing. This paper puts forward some effective measures for improving the bibliographic recommendation service in university libraries by enriching the contents of the bibliographic recommendation service so as to expand the influence of library public platform of wechat.

引言

我国图书馆图书借阅率普遍偏低，就连以大学生为主体服务对象的高校图书馆的借阅率也不尽如人意，2011年在广州大学城十所高校完成的大学生阅读现状调查，结果显示近半数受访大学生不知道读什么书[1]，不知道怎么去选择。针对这一现象，如何把“好书”及时快速推荐给读者，让书目推荐工作乐于被接受，是当前高校图书馆亟待解决的重要课题。

推荐目录起源于图书的推荐，又称“选读书目”，或称“导读书目”，以书目或者书单的形式为某一群体或某一专业领域的人进行阅读推荐，属于指导学习型阅读的范畴，倡导阅读的首要目标是为读者解答“应读何书”“书以何本为善”及“如何读书”的问题[2]。高校图书馆担负着大学生阅读工作的重要使命，理应针对大学生出现的阅读问题，提供专业指导和兴趣引导。为大学生推荐书目，引导其阅读是图书馆开展阅读推广最直接、必要的手段。……
