摘 要 随着新《刑事诉讼法》的实施和社会发展的需要，原有的刑事诉讼法教学模式已经不再适应社会发展的需要，迫切需要进行改革。本文就是从公安院校刑事诉讼法学的教学现状出发，探讨了公安院校刑事诉讼法学的教学在当前整个社会需求、公安院校毕业学生工作需求以及刑事诉讼法修改需求下改革的必要性，并以此为基础对公安院校刑事诉讼法教学从教学原则、教学方式、开拓专业视野等方面提出了完善措施。

Research on Public Security College Criminal Procedure Teaching Reform

Abstract With the needs of the new "Code of Criminal Procedure"， the implementation and social development， the original Code of Criminal Procedure no longer meet the needs of the teaching model of social development， the urgent need for reform. This article is from the status quo of Criminal Procedure Teaching of Public Security College， discusses the teaching of Public Security College of Criminal Procedure throughout the current needs of the community， public security institutions and the needs of graduate students working under the Criminal Procedure Law to modify the necessity needs reform， and as the basis for the Code of Criminal Procedure in Public Security Colleges from teaching principles， teaching methods， to develop a professional vision to put forward improvement measures.

1 当前公安院校刑事诉讼法学教学现状

（1）教学方法仍旧单一，缺乏创新性。随着电子计算机的普及，尤其是在当今电子信息高度发达的时代，各种电子产品已成为人们日常生活的必备品，这种现象也引起教育模式的变化。各种网络视频教学、在线考试视频以及MOOC等教学模式等，都已经悄然进入中国，有的大学甚至走在前端已经开始投入研发等。在这种高科技时代极度发达的情况下，刑事诉讼法学教学方式也必将改变。但目前看来，尽管各大高校的教学要求已经一改过去传统的板书式为现代化多媒体教学方式，但高校教师使用的多媒体教学的方式、方法缺乏创新性。例如，大多数高校教师只会PPT制作课件和最简单的多媒体操作，至于一些多媒体演示技巧和多种风格的教学穿插使用则凤毛麟角;而且多数高校教师认为与过去的板书相比已经进步很多了，教学注重教学内容即可，而教学模式不需要过多注重。……
