摘 要 学风是一所高校文化底蕴的重要表现形式，但随互联网的发展与盛行，高校的学风建设深受其影响。文中阐述了高校学风的内涵，描述了当前大学学风建设现状，从互联网等多个角度分析了学风建设存在的问题;针对存在的问题提出了通过职业规划帮助学生树立学习目标，制定系统化学风建设方案，更新教学模式，采用信息化手段服务于教学及管理四个方面入手，制定高校学风建设对策。对策中重点描述了怎样规划高校信息化平台，怎样将信息化用于学生学习和管理者提供服务。

Construction in the Internet Environment

Abstract Atmosphere is an important manifestation of the culture of colleges and universities， but with the development of the Internet and the prevalence of University Study Style Construction by its impact. This paper describes the connotation of College Academic Atmosphere， describing the current status of university style construction， such as the Internet from multiple angles analyzes the problems of style construction; deal with the problems raised by career planning help students set learning goals， develop systems chemistry wind construction program， update teaching mode， the use of information technology tools and services in teaching and management in four aspects， colleges and universities in the development of style construction. Countermeasures emphasis describe how to plan university information system platform， how will the information for students and managers to provide services.

伴隨网络和信息化的蓬勃发展，人类已步入了互联网时代，其应用已深入了生活的各个角落，特别是基于4G（The 4th Generation Mobile Communication Technology）的移动互联网技术基本上覆盖了学生生活的全部。各大高校纷纷建设并将互联网接入到学生宿舍，推行数字校园各类应用，随之而来的是学生智能终端、PC（Personal Computer）的普及，互联网技术无疑是改变了学生的学习及生活方式。互联网是一把双刃剑，既能给学生带来丰富的学习资源，也能成为部分自制力不强的学生学习的阻碍源。①因此，互联网在给高校教育带来方便的同时也给高校学生管理工作带来了一定的困惑。在高校思想政治教育工作领域，怎样正确引导学生使用互联网中的各类技术来更好地服务学习，提高学习质量，是高校管理者在学风建设过程中亟需解决的重要课题。……
