摘 要 目的：通过了解患者及临床工作者对医务社工的认同及需求调查，探索社工在改善医患关系中的重要作用。方法：自行设计调查问卷，于2014年对某三甲专科医院住院的100名患者和临床工作者进行随机抽样调查。结果：患者和临床工作者对医务社工的认同程度较高，对社工在改善医患关系中的需求较强。 结论：医务社工作为第三方介入临床医疗工作，有效缓和现实中已构成紧张的医患关系，无论对临床工作者或是对患者都很重要。

Investigation of the Role of Medical Social Workers in Medical Dispute

Abstract Objective： By understanding patients and clinicians for MSWs recognition and needs survey to explore the important role of social workers in improving the doctor-patient relationship. Method： self-designed questionnaire， in 2014 for a top three hospital hospitalized 100 patients and clinicians conduct random sampling. Results： Patients and clinicians high level of acceptance of medical social workers， strong demand for social workers to improve doctor-patient relationship. Conclusion： The medical social workers to intervene as a third party clinical work， effectively easing tensions in reality constituted a doctor-patient relationship， regardless of the clinician or the patient is very important.

近年来，医疗纠纷不断增多，患者投诉案件逐年增多，投诉内容不仅包括对服务态度、医疗质量、医疗作风的不满，同时也涉及医疗费用、人格尊严等患者权利方面的诉求，打砸医院、侮辱、伤害医务人员事件经常发生，医疗纠纷演化为上访等恶性案件屡见不鲜，医患纠纷已经成为社会广泛关注的焦点。据郑雪倩等①调查的326所医院中，321所医院存在着被医疗纠纷问题困扰，其发生率为98.47%。引发医患纠纷的主要原因并不是医疗质量，而更多在于医患沟通、相互信任、责任心和工作态度等因素。②近几年，我国部分医院建立医务社工岗位，希望通过社工作为第三方介入调解医患关系。医务社工作为一类“特殊”的白衣使者，能否在改善医患关系中起到重要作用。 针对该问题，2014年我们对某三甲专科医院住院的100名患者和临床工作者进行随机调查，了解患者及临床工作者对社工工作的认同及需求调查，现报道如下：
