摘 要 全日制农业推广（林业领域）硕士专业学位研究生教育已成为培养高层次、应用型林业人才的重要教育形式，但还存在很多问题。本文就全日制农业推广（林业领域）硕士专业学位研究生培养中存在的问题进行分析和总结，并提出相应的对策，以实现其培养目标，为我国生态文明建设培养所需人才。

Discussion on the Postgraduate Education for Full-time Professional

Master Degree of Agricultural Extension Forestry Area

Abstract The postgraduate education for full-time professional master degree of agricultural extension forestry area is an important education mode to cultivate high-level and application-oriented forestry talents， but many problem exist yet. In this paper， the problems in the cultivation of full-time master of agricultural extension forestry area were analyzed and summarized， and the corresponding countermeasures were also proposed， to achieve the cultivation goal and provide the required talent for ecological civilization construction of our country.

党的十八大报告首次把大力推进生态文明建设独立成章，提出建设美丽中国的目标，2015年4月，中共中央国务院发布了《关于加快推进生态文明建设的意见》，提出了当前和今后一个时期的任务、目标和具体措施。作为生态建设的主体，林业肩负着重要职责。而林业已从主要以木材生产为主的传统林业，转向以生态环境效益、社会效益、经济效益相互协调和可持续发展为中心的现代林业，对林业管理和专业技术人才素质提出了更高的要求。根据林业人才调查和需求预测，今后很长一段时期内，全国林业从业人员和人才需求量将保持持续增长的势头，据预测，到2020年林业人才需求总量将达到100万，目前的林业专业人才培养远不能满足林业建设的需求，特别是高层次、应用型、复合型林业专业人才十分缺乏。据统计，我国县级以上林业管理部门、林业规划设计单位、森工企业、国营林场、国营苗圃、中等林业专业学校的技术管理岗位和教师岗位目前具有硕士以上学历的人员不足1%，①因此需要更多的高层次人才充实这些岗位，提高森林经营管理水平，以满足林业行业对高层次应用型、复合型人才的需要。……
