穴位贴敷配合化浊解毒中药治疗慢性胃炎机制探讨

[摘要]目的针对穴位贴敷配合化浊解毒中药治疗慢性胃炎的机制进行探讨。方法随机选择2013年9月—2014年9月期间，该院收治的慢性胃炎患者120例，作为研究对象，将其平均分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者实施胃复春片治疗，观察组患者实施穴位贴敷配合化浊解毒中药治疗。针对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果研究中观察组的临床治疗有效率为98.33%，对照组的为80.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在慢性胃炎的治疗中，穴位贴敷配合化浊解毒中药治疗，效果显著，安全性高，可以在临床治疗中进行推广应用。

Discussion on Mechanism of Acupoint Sticking Cooperated with Huazhuo Jiedu Herbs in Treating Chronic Gastritis

First Department of Spleen and Stomach Diseases, Hebei Provincial Hospital of TCM, Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, 050001 China[Abstract]Objective To explore the mechanism of acupoint sticking cooperated with Huazhuo Jiedu Herbs in treating chronic gastritis.Methods 120 patients with chronic gastritis admitted to our hospital between September 2013 and September 2014 were randomly selected as the research object and divided evenly into control group and observation group.Patients in the control group were treated with Weifuning Tablets, while those in the observation group were treated with acupoint sticking together with Huazhuo Jiedu Herbs.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was comparatively analyzed.Results The clinical effective rate was 98.33% in the observation group and 80.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between them（P<0.05）.Conclusion Acupoint sticking cooperated with Huazhuo Jiedu Herbs is worthy of promotion in treating chronic gastritis due to its remarkable effect and high safety.

在临床治疗中，慢性胃炎是常见病，慢性胃炎治疗存在难度，病情容易反复发作[1]，患者的临床表现为胃痛。慢性胃炎的类型有很多种，例如胆汁反流性胃炎、浅表性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎等。慢性胃炎有较高的发病率，而且病程长，治疗难度大，所以严重的影响着患者的健康。该研究随机选择2013年9月—2014 年9月期间，该院收治的慢性胃炎患者120例，作为研究对象，针对穴位贴敷配合化浊解毒中药治疗慢性胃炎的机制探讨，现报道如下。……
