摘要：该文通过研究MOOC教学模式的特征与优势，运用翻转课堂、微课等教学模式进行的小学MOOC教学探索，为搭建小学MOOC教学平台提供理论依据与实践参考，体现小学MOOC教学内在价值与存在意义，从而在小学阶段进行MOOC教学模式的探究与构建。在MOOC扎根于教育不断成长的今天，使其成为推动教育公平进程中的又一个新元素，让自由开放式的全民教育思想成为可能，更成为传统教育进一步延伸与拓展。

Primary School MOOC Teaching Mode Exploration and Construction

Abstract： By studying the characteristics and advantages of MOOC teaching mode， using flipping the classroom， micro-classes， and other micro-teaching models to explore primary schools MOOC Teaching， providing a theoretical basis and practical reference for building primary schools teaching MOOC platform， reflecting the intrinsic value of primary MOOC teaching and the meaning of existence， so ministry of education explores and builds MOOC Teaching mode at the primary level. With the development of MOOC rooted in education， it becomes a new element in the process of in promoting fair education so that free and open style of the national idea has become possible and furthermore， has become an extension and expansion of traditional education.

随着信息化时代的到来，现代信息技术正不断运用于生活的方方面面，将不断发展的信息技术运用到教育上已经成为不可阻挡的潮流。当前，MOOC越来越受到全球高校的重视并形成了在线教育的三大巨头。在校大学生与社会各职业人士等青年成为MOOC的主要学习者，但在初等教育方面，MOOC教学模式仍处于一片空白当中。传统教育处于绝对主导地位，各种新型教育模式在小学阶段没有得到真正落实和推广。小学教育改革需要更多的专家学者对此进行研究探索，为中国小学教育的进一步发展提供环境与政策，为小学MOOC教学之路提供理论依据与指导，从而实现在线小学教育的改革与创新。

1 什么是MOOC

MOOC具有海量资源自主选择、网络时代的全新教育模式、突破传统课堂界限三大特点，它指的就是massive open online courses，即大规模在线开放课程。2012年兴起的MOOC在全球引发了教育信息化的新浪潮、新挑战和新机遇，同时也对传统的教学模式产生了巨大冲击。……
