摘要：目的观察稳心散联合西药治疗气虚血瘀型非ST段抬高性急性心肌梗死的疗效。方法采用随机、对照方法。将40例气虚血瘀型非ST段抬高性急性心肌梗死患者，按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组20例。对照组给予阿司匹林、安博维、倍他乐克、立普妥、硝酸甘油和低分子肝素钙等治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予稳心散，药用红参、毛冬青根、田七、降香，上药共研为细末，每次6 g，每日3次，温开水冲服。观察两组临床疗效和心脏不良事件。治疗2周后判定疗效。结果治疗组症状总有效率为95%，对照组为75%，治疗组心电图总有效率为90%，对照组为70%，治疗组症状、心电图疗效均优于对照组（P<0.05）;治疗组心脏不良事件率为20%，对照组为50%，治疗组优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论稳心散联合西药治疗气虚血瘀型非ST段抬高性急性心肌梗死疗效满意，对改善心肌梗死症状、心电图缺血性改变和防止心脏不良事件方面疗效显著。

Clinical Observation on Wenxin Powder and Western Medicine for Treatment of

non ST segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome

Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the effect of the Wenxin Powder combined with Western medicine for treatment of non ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. MethodsForty cases with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and non ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into treatment group （n=20） and control group （n=20）. All patients were given aspirin，An Bowei，Betaloc，Lipitor，nitroglycerin and low molecular weight heparin calcium. Wenxin powder was added to treatment group. Clinical efficacy and adverse cardiac events were observes. Results Total symptoms effective rate was 95% in the treatment group，and that was 75% in the control group. The total effective rate of ECG in the treatment group was 90%，and that was 70% in the control group. The symptoms and ECG curative effect in the treatment group was better than the control group （P<0.05）. The adverse cardiac event rate in treatment group was 20%，and that was 50% in the control group （P<0.01）. Conclusion Wenxin powder and western medicine for treatment of non ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of is effective，it can improve the symptoms of myocardial infarction，ischemic electrocardiographic changes，and prevent adverse cardiac events.

非ST段抬高型心肌梗死（NSTEAMI）是急性冠狀动脉综合征中的常见类型之一，是指在冠脉斑块损伤的基础上诱发急性非闭塞性血栓，或者是冠状动脉痉挛，或虽为闭塞性血栓，但侧支循环较好，心肌缺血损伤尚未波及心肌全层，若处理不当，可进展为ST段抬高性心肌梗死甚至猝死。我科于2010年6月—2013年6月使用稳心散联合西药治疗气虚血瘀型非ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死取得显著疗效，并与西药治疗对照。

1资料与方法
