教學目标：

1.掌握词汇：textbook，conversation， aloud， pronunciation， senten cepatient

2.熟记短语：ask...for...，study for a test， have conversations with， read aloud，spoken English

3.掌握以下句型：

Have you ever studied with a goup？

What about...？

4.情感目标：通过学习，了解更多的学习方法并从中找到适合自己的方法。

教学重难点：

1.学会运用how来询问做事方式。

2.学会运用by + doing的结构表达做事方式。by介词，表示“通过……方法或途径”，译成“靠、通过”。by后面可以加名词或动名词短语。

3.现在完成时的用法。

课时：Period 1 Section A 1 （1a-2d）

教具准备：录音机，词卡。

教学过程：

Step 1 Warming up

T：Do you like English？How do you study English？（出示词卡引导学生说出答案）

S：I study English by working with friends.

by making word cards.

讲解：ask sb. for help

by作为介词，用法很多。请仔细观察下面的例句，分析by的用法，然后补全结论部分所缺的内容。

【例句】

（1）Come and sit by us.“从……旁边（经过）”

（2）Peter goes to work by bus every day.可表示交通、传递等的方式

Step 2 1a Check the ways you study English. Then add other ways you sometimes study.

让学生分组讨论答案，并由一名学员说出答案，其他组评分。

Step 3 Listening

（1） Listen. How do these students study for a test？Write letters from 1a above.

（2）Check the answers

（做听力题之前先让学生观察图片中的人物采取的是哪种学习方法，说出关键词：make words cards，ask the teacher for help ，listen to tapes）

Step 4 Exercises

1.大声朗读以练习发音怎么样？
