高分遥感数据在海岛整治修复中的应用研究

摘要

当前,遥感技术广泛应用于海岛监测和识别,但在海岛整治修复方面应用较少。随着《海岛保护法》颁布实施,海岛整治修复受到政府重视,然而由于早期海岛开发缺乏保护意识,一些海岛遭受破坏,甚至灭失,加上海岛现场调查资料严重缺失,给海岛整治修复带来困难。针对这种问题,该研究以福清市北青屿为例,探索采用多时相高分遥感数据,分析海岛开发前后资源环境变化情况,指导海岛整治修复,并为我国类似情况海岛整治修复提供参考。

Study on Application of High Resolution Remote Sensing Data in Island Improvement and Restoration

AbstractAt present, remote sensing technology is widely used in island monitoring and identifying, but less used in island improvement and restoration. With the Island Protection Law of the People's Republic of China final action, the island improvement and restoration has been more emphasized heavily by government, while because of the lack of protection awareness at the early stage of the island development, some of the island is destroyed, and even disappeared, and a serious lack of island natural environment survey data, so that the island improvement and restoration became very difficult. Aiming at these problems, this paper takes Fuqing City Beiqing Island as an example, using multi temporal high resolution remote sensing data, the changes of the island resource environment before and after development were analyzed, and then according to these changes, guide the Beiqing island environment restoration, provide the reference for the similar island restoration in china.

近10年来,遥感已广泛应用于海岛调查、识别和监测,2009年,我国近海海洋综合调查与评价专项(简称“908专项”)综合运用天绘、QuickBird等卫星数据开展了海岛调查。陈凌云等采用TM图像研究广西4个代表性岛区的影像特征和识别方法[1];黄建波综合利用Landsat-5 TM、ASTER光学遥感数据和ERS SAR、RADARSAT SAR微波数据对庙岛群岛南五岛进行海岛土地利用和围填海动态监测[2];P. K. Dinesh Kumar等利用印度1C卫星数据监测Sagar(萨加尔)海岛海岸线和土地覆盖变化[3];Hadjimitsis等采用landsat TM数据监测Skiathos海岛13年的土地覆盖变化,为海岛可持续发展提供决策支持[4]。……
