摘要 [目的] 获得抗病力强、肉质好、生长速度快的贵妃鸡。[方法] 以隐性白羽鸡为母本、贵妃鸡为父本进行杂交，选育杂交后代后再以回交方法固定目标性状的方法培育至杂交F3代，并比较杂交F3代与贵妃鸡的生长性状（体重、屠宰性状）和肉质品质指标，探讨杂交F3代的生长发育规律。[结果] 贵妃鸡与隐性白羽鸡的杂交后代在生长速度上有明显优于贵妃鸡的特點，同时保持着贵妃鸡肉质优的特点。[结论]该研究对广东省肉鸡品种结构和生产结构的调整具有重要意义。

Study on the Growth Traits and Meat Quality of Hybrid F3 of Royal Chicken × Recessive White Feather Broiler

Abstract [Objective] The research aimed to obtain Royal Chicken with stronger disease resistance， good meat quality and fast growth speed. [Method] A hybridization test was carried out between Royal Chicken （♀） and recessive white feather broiler （♂） . After the selection， the target traits were fixed by the backcross method and the offspring were continued to cultivate until the hybrid F3. And the growth traits （weight and carcass traits） and the meat quality indices of hybrid F3 and Royal Chicken were compared. And the growth and development laws of hybrid F3 were discussed. [Result] The hybrid F3 of Royal Chicken （♀） and recessive white feather broiler （♂） had faster growth speed than Royal Chicken， and they maintained excellent meat quality of Royal Chicken. [Conclusion] The research was of important significance for regulating the structure of broiler varieties and the production structure.

贵妃鸡又名贵妇鸡，原产英国皇室，其头戴凤冠，身披黑白花羽，天生丽质，集观赏、美食、滋补于一身，野味农，营养丰富，其肉质细嫩，油而不腻，美味可口，富含人体所需的17种氨基酸、10多种微量元素和多种维生素，特别是被称为抗癌之王的硒和锌的含量是普通禽类的3～5倍，是当代最为理想的食用珍禽，被誉为“益智肉”、“美容肉”、“益寿肉”。

近年来，随着社会对贵妃鸡的需求越来越多，有关以提高贵妃鸡生产性能为目的的育种工作也逐渐增多。……
