摘要 [目的] 为给红河州烤烟膜下小苗提供科学指导依据。[方法] 探讨不同育苗盘规格对烤烟膜下小苗大田生长及经济性状的影响，研究162孔、595孔小苗在大田生长过程中的综合表现。设计3个处理，采用完全随机方法进行对比试验。[结果] 595孔育苗盘育出的小苗大田表现（生长势、植物学性状、抗病性及主要经济性状、烟叶的外观质量等指标）优于162孔育苗盘育出的小苗和162孔常规苗。[结论] 595孔育苗盘育出的烟苗可作为最佳的小苗进行大田移栽。

Effects of Size Germinating Methods on Field Growth and Economic Character of Small Fluecured Tobacco Seedlings Transplanting Under Membrane

Abstract [Objective] The research aimed to provide theoretical evidences for the young seedlings under film. [Method] To investigate the effects of size germinating methods on field growth and economic character of small fluecured tobacco seedlings transplanting， overall performance of 162 holes and 595 holes seedlings in the field during growth was studied. The experiment of three seedlingrearing modes was conducted using complete random design. [Result] Small seedlings quality of 595 holes （growth potential， agronomic character， resistance， economic character and cured leaf appearance quality） was the best . [Conclusion] Under the experimental conditions， 595 holes bringing out trays of tobacco seedlings could become the best seedlingrearing mode.

红河州烤烟膜下小苗技术从2008年开始小面积推广，新的移栽方式给广大种烟农户带来的明显的经济效益。2010年，在红河州开始全面推广。通过近几年的推广，膜下小苗移栽技术在红河州不断成熟，推广面积逐年增加。笔者于2014年在红河州弥勒市西三镇开展了育苗盘规格对烤烟膜下小苗大田生长及经济性状的影响试验，为育苗盘规格选择提供科学依据，以期探寻出一种更加适合膜下小苗移栽的育苗方式。

1 材料与方法

1.1 试验概况

试验设在云南省红河州弥勒市西三镇戈西村委会戈西村，海拔1 642 m，E 103°26′，N 24°31′。土壤类型为砂壤土，pH为6.5，肥力中等，冬闲地。供试烤烟品种为云烟87。

1.2 试验设计

试验设3个处理，育苗管理采用常规育苗方式，一段式育苗。处理Ⅰ，162孔的育苗盘育出的小苗进行移栽（简称162孔小苗），移栽时间是4月5日；……
