【摘  要】为了得到更加准确的尿常规检查结果，采用最佳的检测尿液的方法至关重要。对此，本研究结合本院实际情况，对尿常规检查中使用尿沉渣分析仪和显微镜手工法的检查结果进行分析，从而得出结论：不管是尿沉渣分析仪还是显微镜手工法，它们在尿常规检查中都有各自的优势。要想得到更加准确的尿常规检查结果，为临床诊治提供有效的参考依据，在尿常规检查的过程中应当充分利用尿液沉渣分析仪和显微镜手工法的优势，充分发挥这两种检测方法的联合作用，以降低误诊率。

Abstract：In order to get the routine urine test results more accurate，critical method for detecting urine using the best.Therefore，this research combined with the actual situation of the Institute，For use in routine urine examination manual method of urinary sediment analyzer and microscope test results were analyzed，thus draws the conclusion：whether Urinary Sediment anaryzer or microscope manual method，they all have their ownadvantages in the urine routine examination.To get the routine urine testresults more accurate，and provide effective reference basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment，in the process of routine examination of the urine should make full use of urine analysis method and microscopemanual method advantage，give full play to the combined effect of these two kinds of detection methods，in order to reduce the misdiagnosis rate.

在临床治疗中，尿常规检查是一种非常基础性的检查，其准确的检查结果，可以为临床诊治提供有效的参考依据^[1]。要想充分发挥尿常规检查结果在疾病诊断、预防、健康普查方面的作用，就需要得出精确的尿液分析数据，因此，找到最佳的检测尿液的方法至关重要^[2]。为了寻找最佳的检测尿液的方法，本研究结合本院实际情况对尿常规检查中尿沉渣分析仪和显微镜手工法的检查结果进行分析，现将具体情况总结如下，以供参考。

1一般资料和方法

1.1一般资料  将本院近一年来行尿常规检查的230例患者作为本次研究对象，男性患者100例，女性患者130例，年龄28岁～54岁，所有患者的尿液标本均符合检测要求。

1.2方法

1.2.1尿沉渣分析仪  采用长沙爱威763C全自动尿沉渣分析仪对230个尿液标本进行检查。……
