【摘 要】目的：探究慢性宫颈炎应用利普刀治疗的临床效果，为疾病的治疗康复提供参考。方法：回顾性选取我院2012年1月至2013年1月96例无生育要求、临床症状显著的慢性宫颈炎患者，随机将其分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者采用微波进行治疗，而观察组患者采用利普刀进行治疗，对比两组患者治疗后的结果。结果显示：观察组的手术总耗时、术中出血量以及治疗的总体有效率明显要高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：较其它治疗慢性宫颈炎的方法，采用利普刀进行治疗效果显著，这种治疗方法手术时间短，且出血少，可以有效减少患者疼痛，术后对病变组织可做病理检查以明确诊断，帮助患者较快恢复健康，应当引起广大医学卫生工作者的关注。

【Abstract】Objective：To explore to clinical curative effect analysis of Lipp knife treatment for chronic cervicitis，in order to provide the reference for the treatment of diseases rehabilitation.Methods：96 cases with chronic cervicitis，which admitted in our hospital，were retrospective analyzed and divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given the microwave treatment and the observation group was given the Lipp knife treatment.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results：After the treatment，the total operation time，intra-operative blood loss，and overall effective of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group，the difference was significant statistically significant（p<0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with other methods for the treatment of chronic cervicitis，Lipp knife have evident clinic efficacy，shorter operative time and less bleeding，can effectively reduce the patients pain，do surgery to confirm the diagnosis by the pathological examination of the lesions，help patients quickly restored to health，reduce economic output，which should cause the attention of the general medical health workers.

慢性宫颈炎是一种常见的妇科疾病，在临床上可见于各个年龄阶段的女性，其中以已婚妇女的发病率最高。慢性宫颈炎的一般临床症状是患者出现白带异常、月经失调、疼痛以及膀胱异常等，给患者的工作和生活带来了极大的影响。临床对于慢性宫颈炎的治疗一般可通过药物和物理这两种方式，主要的治疗思想是使得患者有炎症的宫颈细胞坏死、结痂以及脱落，进一步使新生的表皮细胞覆盖损伤部位，最终使得患者宫颈恢复[1]。但研究发现，药物治疗对慢性宫颈炎的治愈率较低，且治疗后疾病容易复发；而微波治疗无法进行病理检查，且手术时间长、出血多。近些年臨床多采用利普刀进行治疗，研究发现治疗效果显著，本文就此问题进行深入探讨，主要包括慢性宫颈炎应用利普刀治疗的作用效果以及临床意义等，为疾病的治疗康复提供参考，取得了良好的结果……
