[摘要] 目的 探讨导乐陪伴分娩对产妇分娩的影响。 方法 选取2014年6～12月在本院进行分娩的100例初产妇，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，每组50例。观察组产妇采用导乐陪伴分娩，对照组产妇采用一般常规分娩。比较两组产妇的阴道分娩率、产程时间及分娩疼痛程度等指标。 结果 观察组产妇的阴道分娩率显著高于对照组，且第1、2产程时间显著短于对照组，分娩疼痛程度也低于对照组，两组差异有统计意义（P<0.05）。 结论 对产妇实施导乐陪伴分娩具有重要的临床意义，其可提高产妇的顺产率、缩短产程并缓解分娩疼痛，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of doula delivery on maternal childbirth. Methods 100 puerperae delivered in our hospital from June to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group，50 cases in each group.In the observation group，doula accompanied delivery was applied，while in the control group，general routine delivery was adopted.The vaginal delivery rate，duration of stages of labor and delivery pain degrees in the two groups were compared. Results The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The duration of first and second stages of labor in the observation group significantly shorter than of the control group.Delivery pain degree in the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The difference was significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of doula accompanied delivery has an important clinical significance on increasing maternal natural labor rate，shortening stage of labor and alleviating delivery pain，it is worthy of clinic application.

“导乐陪伴分娩”以组织的形式最早发展于美国，其通过招募具有生育经验，且和蔼可亲、善解人意的女性为即将分娩的女性进行指导[1]。通过导乐陪伴分娩，可有效缩短产妇的分娩时间，并降低麻醉剂的应用量。目前，导乐陪伴分娩越来越受到国际妇产科学界的关注，并对其进行推广[2]。本研究探讨对产妇进行导乐陪伴分娩的临床效果。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2014年6～12月在本院进行分娩的100例初产妇，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，每组50例。观察组产妇年龄22～27岁，平均（25.5±1.0）岁。对照组产妇年龄21～28岁，平均（25.0±1.3）岁。两组产妇均符合以下纳入标准：①无剖宫产指征；②无严重基础疾病；③正常足月初产妇。两组产妇的一般资料差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。

1.2 方法

对照组采用一般常规分娩，主要包括产前指导、护理人员产程中陪伴指导等。

观察组采用导乐陪伴分娩，具体情况如下。……
