[摘要] 目的 探讨及观察优质护理理念在子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜术后患者中的应用价值。 方法 选取2011年4月～2013年12月于广州市妇女儿童医疗中心进行宫腔镜手术治疗的140例子宫内膜息肉患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各70例。对照组患者给予常规围术期护理，观察组患者采用优质护理理念进行围术期护理。比较两组患者术后不同时间的复发率及护理前后的疾病知识认知度、生活质量评估结果。 结果 观察组术后6、12、18、24个月时单发和多发患者的复发率均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；护理后1、2、4、8周观察组患者疾病知识认知度高于对照组，生活质量评估结果也优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。 结论 优质护理理念在子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜术后患者中的应用价值较高，对于提高患者的认知度及控制复发均发挥着积极的作用。

Application value of high-quality nursing philosophy in patients with endometrial polyp after hysteroscopic operation

[Abstract] Objective To investigate and observe the application value of high-quality nursing philosophy in patients with endometrial polyp after hysteroscopic operation. Methods 140 patients with endometrial polyp who were treated with hysteroscopic operation in Women and Children Medical Center of Guangzhou City from April 2011 to December 2013 were selected as research objects， and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 70 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given conventional perioperative nursing， patients in the observation group were given the nursing with high-quality nursing philosophy. The recurrence rates at different time after the operation， disease knowledge awareness and life quality evaluation results before and after nursing of two groups were compared. Results The recurrence rates of the observation group with single and multiple endometrial polyp at 6， 12， 18 and 24 months after the operation were all lower than those of control group， the differences were statistically significant （P < 0.05）； the disease knowledge awareness at 1， 2， 4 and 8 weeks after nursing were all higher than those of control group， the life quality evaluation results were all better than those of control group， the differences were statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion The application value of high-quality nursing philosophy in patients with endometrial polyp after hysteroscopic operation are high， and it plays active role in improving the awareness and controlling the recurrence of patients.

子宫内膜息肉在临床发病率较高，临床治疗以宫腔镜手术为主，而关于宫腔镜手术的相关研究也并不少见，而关于子宫内膜息肉患者宫腔镜手术的相关研究尤为多见，关于该术式的护理研究也并不少见。护理对患者治疗效果及生活状态均有较大的影响，对其护理模式的选取极为重要[1-2]。本研究就优质护理理念在子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜术后患者中的应用价值进行探讨，现将结果报道如下：

1资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2011年4月～2013年12月于广州市妇女儿童医疗中心进行宫腔镜手术治疗的140例子宫内膜息肉患者为研究对象，将其随机分为常规围术期护理组（对照组）70例和优质护理理念组（观察组）70例。对照组年龄23～60岁，平均（38.3±7.6）岁；病灶直径0.5～3.0 cm，平均（1.5±0.4）cm；……
