摘要 休闲农业以其特有的“体验和学习”优势，成为体验经济时代背景下人们追求回归自然、寓教于乐首选的旅游方式。现代农业科技园区进行休闲农业开发，有着得天独厚的科技、生态和文化优势。该研究以河南现代农业研发基地为例，在分析其休闲农业开发背景、存在问题及可行性的基础上，提出发展休闲农业的经营理念定位和注重度假化、体验化、科技化、健康化的经营思路，为农业科技园区的休闲农业开发提供借鉴。

Management Ideas Analysis of Leisure Agriculture in Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Park

Abstract Because of its unique “experience and learning ”advantages， leisure agriculture has been the preferred tourism way for people to pursue the nature and knowledge in the experience economy era. The development of leisure agriculture in modern agricultural science and technology park shows many advantages， such as scientific and technological aspects， cultural aspects， ecological aspects etc. Taking Henan modern agriculture development base as example， based on analyzing the development background， existing problems and feasibility， the development ideas， marketing concepts and proposal were put forward， which will provide clear references for the development of leisure agriculture in modern agricultural science and technology park.

1 我国农业科技园区总体发展状况

我国现代农业园区自20世纪90年代随着高新技术产业开发区的发展而出现，目前已经遍及全国各地[1-2]。作为传统农业向现代农业转型过程中的特殊产物，现代农业园区从内容上大致可分为农业科技园区、工厂化（设施）农业园区、都市农业、观光农业园区4种类型[3]。如珠海现代农业高新技术示范园、上海孙桥现代农业园区、烟台农博园、北戴河集发现代农业示范园就可分别归为以上4种类型。

农业科技园区是以技术密集为主要特征，以科技开发、示范、辐射和推广为主要内容，以体制创新和机制创新为动力，以促进区域农业结构调整和产业升级为目标的现代农业发展的一种模式，是我国现代农业的一个亮点[4]。农业科研院所兴建的现代农业园区大多属于此类。农业科技园区是农业科研院所转化科技成果最便捷、最实用的一种途径[5]。……
