摘要

随着第一次地理国情普查工作的全面开展，电子调绘方法在外业调查与核查中得到了广泛应用。在此系统地分析了平板电脑的软硬件组成，论述了电子调绘方法的工作流程，并结合生产实践从优化工作流程和加强质量控制的角度，阐述了电子调绘的可行性。

The Applications of Digital Survey Method in National Geographic Conditions of Field Investigation and Verification

Abstract With the comprehensive development of national geographic conditions for the first time， the digital survey method of investigation and verification has been widely used in the field. The tablet computers consist of hardware and software were systematically analyzed， the work flow of digital survey method was elaborated， and combined with production practices from the perspective of optimizing work processes and quality control， the feasibility of digital survey was elaborated.

2013年2月国务院下发了《关于开展第一次全国地理国情普查的通知》，决定于2013～2015年在全国范围内开展第一次地理国情普查工作，其目的是全面查清我国陆地国土范围内的自然和人文地理要素的现状和空间分布情况，为开展常态化地理国情监测奠定基础。

外业调查与核查是联接内业解译和编辑、整理入库的关键环节，关系着地理国情普查成果的准确性、时效性和权威性。而调绘方法在外业调查与核查中起十分重要的作用，它直接决定着外业调查工作的便捷性和成果数据的准确性。外业调绘方法分为传统的纸质调绘和电子调绘，与纸质调绘相比，电子调绘的效率更高、操作更为方便、成本也较低、与内业的衔接更为容易，可以很好地适应地理国情普查任务的复杂性和艰巨性，满足当前国情普查工作对普查成果时效

性和数字化的要求。使用平板电脑的电子调绘方法是在最近几年才出现，2013年乔五十等首先介绍了使用平板电脑的电子调绘方法，指出该方法能够降低作业成本、提高作业效率[1-2]。……
