摘要 新型农业生产经营主体发展势头良好，在促进现代农村经济增长中发挥着重要作用。但是在农业特有的自然属性、农产品市场的不确定性以及农户自身科学素养的缺乏等内外部因素共同作用下，农业发展面临着诸多经营风险。由此，农业风险管理成为新型农业经营主体可持续发展面临的重大挑战。目前我国的风险管理仍然存在着诸多问题，尚未形成合理化组织化的体系。该研究分析了新型农业经营主体面临的风险成因，针对农业风险管理所产生的问题，提出了相应的解决对策。

Analysis on Risk Management of New Type Agricultural Production Operators

Abstract New type of agricultural production operators has a good momentum of development， which plays an important role in the promotion of modern agricultural economic growth. But under the joint action in agriculture special natural attributes， agricultural market uncertainty and a lack of farmer's own scientific literacy and other internal and external factors， the agricultural development is facing a lot of operational risk. Thus， the agricultural risk management has become a major challenge for the sustainable development of new agricultural operators. At present， there are still many problems in the risk management， which has not been formed a reasonable organizational system. The causes for risks were analyzed， and corresponding solutions were put forward.

随着我国经济的不断发展，我国农村经济也取得了显著成就。以种养大户、家庭农场、专业合作社和农业产业化龙头企业为代表的新型农业生产经营主体以迅猛的发展势头影响着农村经济。这支农业发展核心队伍推动着我国现代农业和新型农业生产经营体系朝着专业化、规模化、高效化、产业化的方向不断完善。随着社会经济的发展和新型农业生产经营主体的壮大，农业经营风险程度也在不断加大。

1 新型农业生产经营主体面临的风险成因

近几年，新型农业经营主体发展迅速，发展前景看好。但是农业经营主体仍然面临着市场风险、自然风险、技术风险等一系列经营风险。这些风险的成因主要包括以下几个方面。
