浅析物流技能大赛在专业建设中的作用

摘要：物流行业是一个新兴的行业，物流专业和其他专业相比也是刚刚起步。物流是一个实践性很强的专业，专业建设必须立足市场、立足企业需求，只有这样专业才能有生命力。为了实现这一目标，一方面，要加强学生的专业实训、顶岗实训等；另一方面，必须在日常的教学内容和实训内容中融入企业的需求，这样物流技能大赛便可以充当这一角色。物流技能大赛是一座将学校教学和企业需求紧密联系起来的桥梁。

The Role of Logistics Skills Contest in Professional Construction

Abstract:Logistics industry is a new industry, it is just getting started compared with other professions. It is a specialty with strong practical skills, its construction must be based on the market and enterprise requirements, only in this way can the profession exist. In order to achieve this goal, on the one hand, to strengthen the students' professional training, field training, etc., on the other hand, the requirements of enterprise must be integrated in daily teaching content and practical training, which can be achieved by logistics skills contest. Logistics skills contest is a bridge linking school teaching and enterprise needs closely.

1物流技能大赛概述

职业教育的目的是培养技能型人才，这是和学历教育的本质区别。但是怎么才能培养出适合市场需求的技能型人才呢？当然通过专业实习、顶岗实习等方式可以达到很好的效果，但是这些都需要让学生进入到企业才能实施，无疑增加了实施的难度和成本。这就需要寻找到一个既能培养学生的实践技能又能紧密联系学校、联系专业知识学习方式，技能大赛无疑可以充当这一角色。一方面，技能大赛项目是根据物流企业的实际工作来设计的，充分依托企业的实际需求；另一方面，教学的部分内容可以根据技能大赛项目来设计，这样就达到了在学校就能学习实践技能的目的。……
