摘要：报酬递增是城乡收入扩大和地区发展不平衡的重要原因，而城乡统筹能力一定程度上影响着报酬递增的程度。研究发现，不同省份的城乡收入水平、城乡产业规模、城乡市场规模和城乡贷款规模显著地影响了1985～2008年各省份城乡商贸统筹能力，进而使得城乡商贸统筹能力产生地域分异;在城乡商贸统筹能力地域分异的形成过程中，收入和贷款具有替代性。当前影响城乡商贸统筹最重要的因素是收入和贷款的城乡差距和地区差距，因此缩小商贸统筹地区差异的根本途径是提高落后地区和农村居民的收入水平和贷款。

Study on Interregional Differences Characteristic of Commerce

and Trade Co-ordination Ability in China

——Based on the Empirical Analysis of Provincial Level

Abstract：Increasing return causes urban-rural income gap and regional economic divergence， and the market size determines the scope of increasing returns.This paper finds that the income level the scale of scale， the market size and the loans size jointly shape the development capacity of rural and urban business in Chinas provinces from 1985 to 2008.There are alternative between income and loans during the formation and evolution of the co-ordination urban and rural business.However， it is the most important two factors impacting the co-ordination of urban and rural business that are the urban-rural income gap and regional disparities at the current， Therefore， the fundamental way to narrow the regional differences and urban and rural gap of the business and trade should improve the income levels of rural and backward regional residents.

引言

城乡统筹发展是针对城乡分割的“二元经济社会结构”而言的，要求以城乡经济社会一体化发展为最终目标，通盘考虑城市与农村的经济社会发展 [1]。商贸统筹发展则是从商贸角度统筹城乡发展，是城乡统筹的一条重要途径和具体内容。商贸统筹发展的实质是给城乡居民平等的商贸发展机会，通过城乡布局规划、政策调整、国民收入分配等手段，促进城乡各种商贸资源的合理流动和优化配置^[2]，不断增强城市对农村的带动作用和农村对城市的促进作用^[3]，实现城乡商贸双向流通，缩小城乡差距。城乡商贸统筹能力是城镇（或农村）通过商贸流通方式带动（促进）农村（或城镇）快速（内涵式平稳）发展的能力。现有研究已经关注到了城乡差距和地区差距对商贸统筹发展的冲击。……
