摘 要 目的：探讨研究案例教学法在高职护理学生精神科护理学教学中的应用与效果。方法：选取某高职校护理专业三年级学生共80人，分为实验组和对照组，其中，实验组采用案例教学法，对照组采用传统教学为主。调查结束后进行理论考试，并调查实验组学生的满意度。结果：实验组学生的理论考试明显高于对照组，且实验组学生对案例教学效果评价较高。结论：引入案例教学能激发学生的学习兴趣、提高自学能力。

Application and Effect of Case Teaching Method

in the Teaching of Psychiatric Nursing

Abstract Objective： To investigate the application of case teaching method in the teaching of higher vocational student nurses of psychiatric nursing. Methods： Choose the third grade80students， divided into experimental group and control group， the experimental group; using case teaching method， the control group used the traditional teaching. After the research of theory and test， and made the students' satisfaction survey. Results： The theoretical examination of the students in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group， and the evaluation of the effect of case teaching the students in the experimental group was higher. Conclusion： the introduction of case teaching can stimulate students' interest in learning， improve self-learning ability.

精神科护理学是精神医学与护理学发展的基础上形成和发展的学科，以护理心理学为导向，对人类异常精神活动与行为的护理、保健、康复为研究对象，对精神疾病患者实施整体护理的一门护理学科。①由于对精神疾病的认识以及学科内容的抽象、教学方法的单一等因素影响，精神科护理学是被老师认为难教、被学生认为难学的一门课程。笔者从事精神科护理学教学和教材编写多年，结合与其他老师的交流情况，探索将案例教学法引入到精神科护理学的教学之中，收到了比较好的效果。

1 资料与方法

1.1 对象

选取我校高职护理专业三年级80名学生，随机分为实验组和对照组，各40人，分组前各组学生所学内容、教材与授课老师均相同，学生在之前从未接触过精神科护理学相关内容。

1.2 方法

实验组采用案例教学，案例来源于真实情境或事件即精神病患者真实的疾病，案例多，选择范围广;对照组采用传统的灌输式教学方法，基本上还是沿用“老师讲，学生听”的方式开展教学。……
