摘要 采用实地走访方式，对影响合肥市农村沼气建设及使用的因素进行了分析与调查，发现当前的沼气推广工作存在建造及使用过程繁琐以及技术服务不到位等问题。在现阶段，政府应考虑沼气池推广类型的优化及对沼气技术服务人员提供资金支持。长远来看应尽快转变沼气推广模式，将推广资金用于扶持有意从事农村沼气规模化生产的企业、组织或个人。

Investigation on the Construction and Utilization of Biogas in Hefei Rural Area

Abstract Based on field visit， the factors that influenced the construction and using of biogas in Hefei rural area were analyzed and investigated. There are some obstacles in the current promotion work such as complicated process of construction and using as well as the poor subsequent technology service. At present， the government had better promote a more suitable type of biogas digester and meanwhile financially support those who provide villagers with technical services. In the long term， the government should give up the current way to popularize the use of biogas. The limited fund should be given as a reward to companies， organizations or individuals who are willing to work for the large-scale production of biogas in rural areas.

沼气是目前在农村大力推广使用的清洁可再生能源，也是解决农村能源问题的主要措施之一。自从20世纪70年代开始，中国将沼气发展作为一项政府行为将其列入到每一届政府的五年发展规划，特别从21世纪初，中国政府更是将沼气发展作为实现清洁生产和循环利用的重要工作并投入巨资给予支持。仅在2003至2012年间，中央政府就投入约315亿元人民币专项用于沼气建设与发展[1]。为深入了解目前农村沼气建设的状况以及制约沼气事业发展的因素，笔者于2014年3月至2014年7月期间对合肥市肥东县、肥西县、巢湖市等地的12个村庄进行实地走访（其中有5个村庄为沼气推广试点村），同时走访了肥西县农村沼气合作社的负责人及沼气施工的相关人员，获得了当地农户和沼气建设部门关于沼气建设和使用的一些想法和意见，并给出了一些沼气在农村推广工作的建议。……
