[摘要] 目的 探讨本院住院患者的退药情况与退药原因，为患者合理用药与降低退药量提供参考。 方法 统计本院2013年7～9月退药的住院患者共1562例，对其退药原因与退药情况进行分析。 结果 内科退药现象较普遍，因医嘱变更退药所占比例最高，退药品种以抗微生物药物居多。 结论 应采取针对性措施减少不合理退药情况，以保障患者安全、有效用药，减少医院不必要的资源消耗。

Analysis of inpatient′s drug return in our hospital

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the situation and cause of inpatient′s drug return in our hospital in order to provide scientific basis for rational drug use and reduction of drug return. Methods It was calculated that 1562 inpatients returned drugs from July 2013 to September 2013 in our hospital.The cause and situation of drug return were analyzed. Results It was a common phenomenon to return drugs in department of internal medicine.Drug return due to doctor′s advice took the highest proportion.Variety of drug return was mostly classified into antimicrobial agents. Conclusion On reduction of irrational drug return,it is required to take targeted measures in order to ensure safe and effective medications in patients and avoid unnecessary resource consumptions in hospital.

药品是一种具有治疗、预防及诊断疾病作用的特殊商品，原卫生部在最新颁布的《医疗机构药事管理暂行规定》中明确规定，药品一经发出，不得退换[1]，目的是为了确保患者的用药安全，维护其合法权益，同时也能保证医院药品的质量与安全。在医院的日常工作中，本着以患者为中心的思想，本院对住院患者在一定范围内给予退药，随着患者自我意识增强，本院的退药现象日益增多。从病区或患者手中退回药房的药品有可能被污染变质，甚至可能被人利用退药掉包，从而导致药品真假难辨，质量难以保证。退药不仅给住院患者和临床医师造成许多不便，而且增加了药房的工作量、工作难度及医患纠纷隐患。本文对本院住院患者的退药情况进行总结，分析原因并寻找对策，为减少退药现象、加强药品安全管理和临床合理用药提供参考。
